Mistletoe Magic Official Rules

Thank you for shopping in Eagle River

This small gesture makes a huge difference to our independently-owned businesses and to our community as a whole.

  1. Shop at any participating businesses on Saturday, December 14, 2019.  List of participating businesses may be found on the website.
  2. Each business will have entry forms. After shopping, fill out an entry form with your name, phone number, and email  address and drop it in that business’s entry box.
  3. You may enter at as many participating businesses as you’d like.
  4. One winner’s name will be drawn to receive each prize. Winners will be contacted by the individual businesses . Winners will be listed on the ERBA website and Facebook page.
  5. Must be 21 if alcohol is included in the prize
  6. No Purchase Necessary.  To enter without making a purchase, ask for an entry form at the counter of a participating business.
  7. By providing your name, email address, or telephone number on Mistletoe Magic entry forms you agree that the participating businesses and ERBA may contact you about future events and/or promotions.  Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone outside of ERBA.
