March 25, 2020 Wisconsin Governor Tony Ever’s Emergency Order # 12 – Safer at Home Order went into effect at 8:00am this morning. This order closes non-essential businesses.
ERBA will do our best to keep you updated with business information on how you can support our local businesses. The information below will be updated regularly and dated.
This update is as of March 27th.

Currently providing trash and recycling collection services for all customers at this time. A couple procedural changes due to the Covid-19 Pandemic that the public should be aware of include the following:
The office is closed to the public, so please call or email us with any questions and mail payments or pay with our online payment opportunity
Dropoff sites continue to be open, however, customers are asked to bring exact change as our attendants are no longer allowed to change money. In addition, the attendants will not assist the public on placing the trash and recyclables within the designated containers so as to provide for required social distancing.

Gallery showroom will be closed to walk in traffic until further notice. Can email firstname.lastname@example.org for virtual assistance. Still open for service work.
The Vilas County News-Review
Continuing to provide weekly newspapers to keep our readers informed. The office is closed to the public until further notice but we can be reached weekdays by phone or e-mail. It’s more important than ever for our businesses to communicate with their customers; let us know how we can help.

We do not plan any changes to our hours BUT we ask that anyone not feeling well, request CURB SERVICE by calling 715-479-4282 when they arrive at our curb. We will process their credit card and bring package out to their car.
If things continue to decline, we will continue to be open regular hours but will only offer curb service. Hopefully it will not come to that. We have served Eagle River through THICK and THIN since 1929 and will be here for our patients.
